Configurator Implementation Phases
Following the WFO, the KBMax team uses a three phase plan to ensure cost effective, successful configurator implementation and training.
PHASE 1: BUILD & TEST CONFIGURATORS
- KBMax technicians work with customers capture any additional data to build product rules for the configurator(s)
- Models and drawings are optimized for KBMax automation with customer assistance
- Pricing and BOM sheets are linked to KBMax Create as required with customer assistance
- Configurator(s) User Interface is/are built according to customer specifications in KBMax Create
- Configurator(s) is/are tested for functionality and validation prior to deployment with customer assistance
PHASE 2 : INTEGRATE & DEPLOY TO KBMAX LIVE
- Configurator(s) is/are integrated with business systems like CRM, PDM, ERP, etc. with customer assistance
- Configurator(s) is/are deployed to KBMax Live online for use by engineering, sales, distributors,customers, etc.
PHASE 3: CUSTOMER TRAINING ON KBMAX
- KBMax technicians provide any additional training for users and administrators use, maintenance, and updates.
