Configurator Pricing

KBMax configurator pricing includes both software and professional services fees.

SaaS License

KBMax Live utilizes a SaaS pricing where there are no upfront license fees or yearly subscription fees.  Instead users pay a monthly fee for use of the software and support services.  Software costs can be calculated either by number of user or on a per transaction bases. 

The per user model works best for a use case where a defined number of internal company users will be using KBMax to configure products.  The transactional model suits a use case where an undefined number of customers, distributors, or reps will be using KBMax to configure products.  Prices for both models start at $1000 per month and vary based on usage numbers and data storage required.

Professional Services

KBMax professional services include consulting on workflow, integration into your IT environment, building initial working configurators on KBMax Create, and customer training.  KBMax performs these services directly and costs vary based on time required.  Quotes are typically determined during a Workflow Optimization session where KBMax technicians go onsite to define requirements.
